These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SpeakNow AI ("the App", "we", "us"), operated by Zen Solutions. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SpeakNow AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SpeakNow AI provides real-time voice transcription and translation services. The app uses AI-powered speech recognition to convert speech to text and translate between 60+ languages.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use SpeakNow AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

New users receive a one-time free trial of a limited number of transcription minutes. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue.

• Subscriptions are offered on weekly, monthly, or annual plans (depending on the tier) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store through which you subscribed.
• Each plan includes a set allowance of transcription minutes that refreshes on a recurring cycle (weekly plans every 7 days; monthly and yearly plans every 30 days). Unused plan minutes do not roll over to the next cycle.
• You may also buy optional one-time minute packs. Pack minutes can only be used while you have an active subscription. They do not expire — if your subscription lapses, any remaining pack minutes are paused and become usable again once you resubscribe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SpeakNow AI to:

• Record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all parties involved.
• Transmit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the service.

6. Audio and Transcription Data

Audio captured during recording is processed in real time for transcription only. Audio streams are not stored or retained after processing. Transcription text is saved locally on your device for your personal review in History.

7. Intellectual Property

SpeakNow AI and all related technology, branding, and design are the intellectual property of Zen Solutions. You retain ownership of the content you transcribe.

8. Disclaimers

SpeakNow AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transcriptions or translations will be 100% accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakNow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
